The aluminum profile is to force the aluminum alloy material to be extruded through a die with a specific cross-sectional profile
Aluminum is Light Weight, Corrosion Resistance, Electrical and Thermal Conductivity, Reflectivity, Ductility, Strength at Low Temperatures, Impermeable and Odorless, Non-magnetic, Non-sparking.
1. Low density
The density of aluminum is about 2.7g/cm3, which is only higher than the second light metal of magnesium in metal structural materials, and only 1/3 of iron or copper.
2. High plasticity
Aluminum and its alloys have good ductility and can be made into various shapes, plates, foils, tubes, and wires through pressure processing methods such as extrusion, rolling, or drawing.
3. Easy to strengthen
The strength of pure aluminum is not high, but it can be easily strengthened by alloying and heat treatment, making high-strength aluminum alloy, whose strength is comparable to that of alloy steel.
4. Good conductivity
The electrical and thermal conductivity of the aluminum profile is second only to silver, gold, and copper. If calculated according to the conductivity of the same mass metal, aluminum is almost twice that of copper.

5. Corrosion resistance
Aluminum and oxygen have a very high affinity. Under natural conditions, protective oxides are formed on the surface of aluminum, which has stronger corrosion resistance than steel.

The melting temperature of aluminum profile is low, about 660°С, the waste is easy to regenerate, the recovery rate is extremely high, and the recovery energy consumption is only 3% of the smelting.
7. Can be welded
Aluminum alloy can be welded by the inert gas shielding method. After welding, the mechanical properties are good, the corrosion resistance is good, the appearance is beautiful, and it meets the requirements of structural materials.
8. Easy surface treatment
Aluminum can be treated by anodizing and coloring. After treatment, it has high hardness, good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and electrical insulation. Chemical pretreatment can also be used for electroplating, electrophoresis, spraying, etc. to further improve the decorative and protective properties of the aluminum profile.
