Our factory
Inside our workshop
One carding machine, two endless-belt machines, six drum machines, a heat-setting machine and four sewing machines turn raw fibre into finished parts.

Fibre & carding
PBO, Kevlar, Nomex and polyester fibre is opened, blended and carded into a clean, even web.

Needling & heat-setting
The web is needle-punched into endless belts, roller sleeves and blankets, then resin-treated and heat-set so each part holds its size at working temperature.

Finishing
Parts are calendered, cut to width, sewn where needed, checked for broken needles and marked with their specification.

Packing & shipping
Bubble film and woven bags, sealed and waterproof, so goods arrive safely. Orders leave by rail or sea.

I founded Pure Technology in an industry many people told me to stay away from. Competition was fierce and prices kept falling. My answer was that we are not here only for profit, but to promote industry progress and contribute to social development.
I believe a company deserves a reasonable profit however competitive its market is, and that high-quality products, good service and honesty let a company grow in any industry. We will never trade our values for short-term gain.

Our quality management system is ISO 9001 certified. QC staff inspect the raw materials and every production process, and each finished piece passes a needle detector before it is packed, so no broken needle reaches your line.
