Ironer belts, padding and guide tape
Nomex for oil-heated and high-temperature steam ironers, polyester for standard steam-heated machines. Tell us the ironer brand and roll size.
Ironer belts
Nomex and polyester belts that carry linen through the ironer and around the heated rolls. Nomex holds 240°C for oil-heated and high-temperature steam machines; polyester suits standard steam ironers up to 170°C. Belts are made endless to your roll width, so there is no joint to print a line on the linen.

Ironer padding
Nomex and polyester padding and 4000 g/m² needled felt that give the rolls an even, springy surface. The padding decides how evenly the ironer presses, so worn padding shows up as damp patches and creases long before the belt itself fails. Nomex takes 240°C, polyester up to 160°C, and the 4000 g/m² felt is the heavy option for flatwork.

Guide tape
PPS and polyester guide tape in 100m and 400m rolls for high-speed and oil-heated ironers. The tape has to hold its width and stay flat at roll temperature, or the linen starts to wander. PPS runs to 200°C, polyester to 160°C, and both come by the roll so you cut what the machine needs.
