Heat transfer & sublimation printing
A smooth, elastic 100% Nomex blanket that carries paper and fabric around the heated drum. The blanket has to stay springy at 200–260°C, or the print shows pressure marks and uneven colour. It is made endless to your drum circumference and working width, in the thickness your machine takes.

Heat press, laminating & calender
Nomex, aramid-blend or polyester blankets for flatbed heat presses, laminating machines and calenders. The fibre follows your working temperature: 100% Nomex at the top of the range, an aramid blend or polyester lower down. Weight and thickness are set to the machine, so the pad presses evenly across the whole table.

Pleating machines
Seamless endless Nomex felt that keeps an even pleat across the full working width. There is no seam to print a line across the fabric, and the thickness stays the same all the way round. Nomex holds at 260°C, so the blanket keeps its spring instead of going hard and flat.

Sanforizing Needled Felt Blanket
Needled felt blankets for pre-shrinking and compacting lines, in polyester, Nomex or a blend. Needled felt gives the compression these machines work by, and holds it shift after shift. Polyester suits the cooler lines, Nomex and blends the hot ones, and every blanket is made to your drum size and thickness.

Compacting Needled Felt Blanket
A thick endless needled felt blanket for knitted-fabric compacting machines. It is made in polyester or a Nomex blend for 180–280°C, with 18–21mm thickness. Every blanket is built to your machine width and circumference for even pre-shrinking.

Rubber-belt sanforizing
An endless natural rubber belt for the compression unit, 50–72mm thick with hardness 40±2. This is the part that does the shrinking: fabric is squeezed against the stretched rubber before it is ever washed. The surface is reground every 500,000 to 1,000,000 metres instead of being scrapped, so a belt runs 6 to 9 months.

Conveying & drying
Silicone-coated felt belts for fabric finishing, stenter and drying lines. The silicone layer is 2 to 6mm on a needled felt carrier, so the belt grips the fabric and releases it without marking. The working limit follows the felt base, so tell us the line temperature and the width and we build the belt to it.
