Aramid Blend Felt
Nomex blended with polyester handles more heat than polyester at a lower cost than 100% Nomex.
Common blends are 20/80, 30/70 and 50/50, used up to about 200–210°C.
Used for heat press pads, compacting felts and calender blankets.

Aramid blend vs Nomex vs polyester
A blend gives you more heat resistance than polyester without paying for 100% Nomex.
Temperatures are typical working limits for our felt; the real limit depends on contact time, load and thickness. Tell us where the part runs and we will confirm the grade.
