The aluminized shell turns radiant heat away. A flame-retardant cotton lining sits underneath.
It fits over a snap-on safety helmet, so the head stays protected from knocks too.

Basic or Advanced radiant heat cover, same 1000°C rating

Basic — PT01002
Composite aluminium foil on modified fibreglass cloth, with a flame-retardant cotton lining. Full radiant heat protection at the lower price.

Advanced — PT02002
Aluminized carbon fibre blend shell over the same lining. It takes abrasion and folding better, so it lasts longer on rough jobs.

Design
Built to cover the head, neck and shoulders
The cape drops 50cm over the shoulders in two layers. Heat and sparks cannot reach the collar gap.
The lining is soft and breathable, and it wicks sweat on long shifts.
The front screen gives a clear view of the work.

Do I need a helmet with it?
Yes. The cover is designed to fit over a snap-on safety helmet.
Basic or Advanced?
Advanced suits daily shifts, sharp scrap and heavy handling.
Basic covers standard furnace and oven work.
Is it for walking into flame?
No. It protects against radiant heat and splash near the heat source.
Fire entry needs a different build.
Which standard are the fabrics tested to?
The test items follow XF 634-2015 for firefighter heat-insulating clothing.
Can I buy the cover without the suit?
Yes. Every piece of the set is sold on its own.
